During 2005/6 BBCC has restructured its colts set-up to meet the ever increasing demands of a fast growing section. The main change is Phil Marchant has now become Colts Chairman, with additional posts being made for Child Welfare, promotions, a news girls under 11 section and  senior under 20's section. Its hoped that these additional age groups will further prepare and assist in bridging the gap between colts and senior cricket. 

BBCC has also been awarded full Clubmark status. This obviously is very important to BBCC and of particular importance to parents who are concerned about their child's safety, well being and interests.
